Bliss...

Hopefully at the end of a long, fulfilling life, it's what we have achieved...

A very dear image to me. This is my Grandfather's grave. He was a POW in WWII, captured on Bataan by the Japanese, and made to endure a horrific 3 1/2 years in a camp. Most of his friends were tortured and killed, and he came out weighing less than 100 pounds. He probably would not have survived had a Japanese guard not befriended him and snuck him food. They wrote to each other for a short time after the war.

Both my Grandfathers and my Father served our country in time of need. They taught me how to love, and how to be a man.

I miss my Grandfathers dearly.
